Grandma's 85th Birthday

Yes! We finally managed to go back to Malaysia!

The CNY flood sort of altered our travel plans earlier so let's hope this won't be an annual thingy because that would be so lame. This time we went straight back to Malacca, so that means I still haven't seen my house condition back in Segamat yet.

Anyways, my grandma's birthday is usually a few weeks after CNY. It's really like another family gathering plus all the yummy food! Speaking of yummy food, most of my relatives including my mom and dad, think I've put on alot of weight :( My tummy is growing bigger everyday :o

Ok, let's get on to the pictures!

Our breakfast right after we reached Malacca!

Classic hot water flasks

Heee.. washing hands

Now, some pictures of our dinner...

Sharks fin soup

Lobster cold dish

Yummy prawns

Ehh.. don't know what is this called?

And the birthday celebration after dinner!

Grandma's double cake!

Happy birthday to my grandma!

Alot of candles to blow :P

Hungry againnnn...
Everyone waiting for the cakes :D

Now's the time for some fun! If you haven't tried iPhone's Old Booth Lite yet, here's what it does - turns us all into afro hippies! LOL. Check it out.

After eating the cakes and having lots of laughter, Chiang, Irene, Sally and I went back to our hotel. Of course we didn't sleep immediately. Chiang and I continued hunting monsters until I reached HR 3 :D Not bad at all, but still not enough time for us to reach our target - HR 7. The next morning, we had our breakfast in the hotel... but nothing special about the food there.

Breakfast at the hotel

Entrance to the hotel's small swimming pool

And then we went back to Singapore around 1030am. Hehe. Very short but enjoyable trip!
